Habitat Notes Karanteen.
Attains 30 cm. A small shoaling species known from Red Sea and Persian Gulf to Durban rarely as far as East London; spawns in tropical waters. Caught on shrimp or prawn with a small hook. Excellent bait. May always be recognise
